LEGAL NOTICE / ASSUMPTION OF RISK & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By purchasing, using, consuming, handling, or otherwise interacting with any product sold, distributed, promoted, or produced by One Like None®, operated by Blux Blue LLC, the customer, consumer, and/or user acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk The consumer understands and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use, consumption, handling, transportation, storage, or enjoyment of all products. All products are used entirely at the consumer's own risk.

2. Hold Harmless Agreement The customer agrees to fully hold harmless, defend, indemnify, and release One Like None®, operated by Blux Blue LLC, including all owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, partners, agents, representatives, and any other parties involved in the production, marketing, promotion, sale, or distribution of the products, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, illnesses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the use or misuse of any product.

3. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall One Like None®, operated by Blux Blue LLC, or any associated parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from the purchase or use of any product.

4. Consumer Responsibility The consumer is solely responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for their personal use and for following all applicable instructions, warnings, laws, and regulations.

5. Acceptance of Terms Purchase, possession, or use of any product constitutes full acceptance of this notice and agreement.
