Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person. Only one entry per individual will be accepted regardless of the number of submissions made. Duplicate entries will be identified and disqualified. Attempting to submit multiple entries to gain an advantage is a violation of these rules and may result in disqualification of all entries associated with that individual.
GIFT: The gift awarded in this giveaway (the “Gift”) is provided by One Like None® (“Sponsor”) and is offered “as-is.” The Gift has no cash value and is non-transferable. The Gift is not redeemable for cash, store credit, or any monetary equivalent under any circumstances. No substitution, exchange, or replacement of the Gift is permitted, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Gift of equal or greater value if the designated Gift becomes unavailable for any reason.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable: All Gifts are final. Once awarded, the Gift may not be returned, exchanged, or transferred to another individual. The recipient accepts the Gift in its current form and condition. One Like None® assumes no liability for any defect, dissatisfaction, or loss associated with the Gift after it has been delivered to the recipient.
No Cash Value: The Gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency, gift cards, store credit, or any other form of compensation. The retail value of the Gift is determined solely by the Sponsor and is subject to change without notice.
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of One Like None® and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or be selected.
Blind Random Draw — Non-Discrimination Statement: The recipient selection process is a strictly blind, random draw conducted without regard to race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, socioeconomic status, political affiliation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. One Like None® is an inclusive brand open to all people. No entrant will receive preferential treatment or be disadvantaged based on any personal characteristic. The draw is automated and impartial — the identity of entrants is not considered, reviewed, or factored into the selection process in any way. Any claim of discriminatory selection is expressly refuted by the blind nature of this process.
Recipient Selection & Notification: The recipient will be selected at random from all eligible entries by the Sponsor. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Once selected, the recipient will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry. The notification email will include details about the Gift and will require the recipient to confirm their acceptance by responding to the email within seven (7) calendar days of the notification being sent. Failure to respond and confirm acceptance within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Gift, and the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate recipient. The Gift will not be shipped until acceptance is confirmed in writing via email. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.
Shipping: One Like None® will cover standard shipping costs for delivery within the United States only. The Gift will be shipped to the address provided by the confirmed recipient at the time of acceptance. One Like None® is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit once the package has been handed to the carrier. This giveaway is not open to recipients outside of the United States; international shipping will not be provided.
Taxes: The recipient is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of the Gift. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any tax liability incurred by the recipient.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless One Like None®, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Gift.
General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway at any time without notice if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Governing Law: This giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
By submitting your entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of One Like None®, which are final and binding in all respects.
